When you are at work, do you get frustrated because things don't seem to be happening the way they are supposed to be? You see people milling around but nothing gets accomplished. And in the daily hustle and bustle, do you feel that your goals remain uncompleted? Then maybe its time for you to stand up and do something about it.

Most people are content just to stand around listening for orders. And it isn't unusual to adopt a follow-the-leader mentality. But maybe, somewhere inside of you, you feel the desire to make things happen and to be the head, not the tail. Then maybe leadership just suits you fine.

Some people believe that great leaders are made, not born. Yes, it may be true that some people are born with natural talents. However, without practice, without drive, without enthusiasm, and without experience, there can be no true development in leadership.

You must also remember that good leaders are continually working and studying to improve their natural skills. An excellent person dedicated to improving your leadership skills is Success University.

Deciding Which Home Business is Right for You
Saturday, 29 December 2007
More info...
By Tom McMULLEN

Many people dream of having their own home business, but just don't know where to start. That's OK; there is a wealth of information available on the internet if you know where to look. You will find information on virtually any type of home business you could be interested in by looking in the right places.

Here are a few ideas to help you decide what you should do:

Make Two Lists

Make a list of things you do best. It doesn't matter how many skills are on the list, as long as you can perform them professionally. Arrange your list with best skills at the top and worst skill in last place. This helps you discover your niche.

Make another list of how your skills will benefit to others. If you're a great typist, how will others benefit from it? If you are an artist, is your work saleable? If you love to teach, could you tutor others?

You alone decide what you will do with your home business. Choose your best skills and build on
